Due to individual state shipping regulations, members must have a shipping address in one of the following reciprocal states (some restrictions apply): AK, CA, CO, CT, FL, ID, IL, IA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, TX, VA, WA, WI
Members are responsible for all shipping charges, including shipments that are refused, returned or shipped to an old address. A $20 administrative fee will apply in these instances. If it is necessary to cancel your membership, cancellations must be received no later than 30 days prior to the next shipment.
Cancellations received before receiving your first shipment will be charged a $20 administrative fee.
